Swift Action by Taylor

Maybe Kanye didn’t want to let her finish, but Taylor Swift has successfully stopped counterfeiters from violating her trademark by selling counterfeit merchandise bearing her name and picture, including T-shirts.  The 16 perpetrators didn’t even respond to Taylor’s lawsuit.   Taylor brought the lawsuit in federal court in the country music capital of the world, Nashville.
